Fire Ceremony helps you to connect to what really turns you on in life. It helps you to connect to your passion, your fire, your lust for life!
Fire is always transformative. Through a fire ceremony, energy bound in old ways can be freed up to move in a new direction. We symbolically release something that no longer serves a useful purpose and claim the energy we invest in that old behaviour pattern for a new purpose.

Rebirthing
Rebirthing is a process that increases our ability to feel and resolve the effects of our past. It involves breathing in a full, free manner guided by a trained rebirther. The result is and increase in the level of physical and spiritual energy in our body, thus cleansing the many tensions held there. By learning to breathe consciously and fully, we discover and release the core issues held in our body and minds.
This process was developed in the early 1970’s and named rebirthing by metaphysical teacher Leonard Orr.
Rebirthing sessions are two hours in length and consist of a breathing process. We recommend weekly sessions for the first 10 to 20 sessions. After about 10 sessions most people can get value from doing rebirthing sessions on their own, and can start to see their rebirther less often. We also recommend people train to become a rebirther at any point in their process, as it enhances their personal process and assists them in learning more about breathwork.

Tarot is probably the best known form of divination in the western world, but its benefits as a guidance tool have been largely ignored because of popular misconceptions about “fortunetelling” Tarot is not about dramatic revelations of future events, although these can often be predicted with great accuracy. Rather it is a tool for understanding ourselves and the path we are traveling.
The Tarot cards provides the reader with a key to the symbolic and archetypal energies at work within our lives and allows reader and client to work together to recognize patterns of behaviours and events on the client’s life path. New understandings of past events and future possibilities provide the client with a fresh perspective, bringing self-awareness and empowerment.

Colour
Healing
All over the world it is recognized that each colour has meaning. We are naturally drawn to the colours that are right for us at any given time and this relates to the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual states we are experiencing.
There are many ways that Colour Therapy can be accessed to support and transform your life. Once the issues are identified and brought to the conscious mind (acknowledging your fears, confusions, lack of joy etc) you simply bathe in the coloured oils or spray the essences around you. Your intention to change and heal any aspect of your life is very powerful but the body resists change preferring to stay in its comfortable groove even if it is negative. By soaking the colour oils and essences through your skin into your body, you give it a message that it is safe to let go and rewrite your cellular programming to resonate with the positive aspects of your chosen colours.

Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles)
The Hopi Ear Candles work by the warm air traveling through the tube generating a gentle massage effect, stimulating the acupressure points, and loosening any wax or debris. Its main aim is to improve the flow of energy to the ear. It also helps to regulate the pressure in the middle ear, gives the immune system a boost, and draws out any infection or fluid in the ear. The herbs used help to unblock the sinuses.
This therapy may benefit conditions such as: headaches, migraines, sinus problems, colds/clearing therapy, hayfever, age-related deafness, excessive or compacted ear wax, glue ear, problems caused by swimming and diving, flying discomfort, impaired sense of smell, stress and ear irritations.

Reiki

Reiki can be used for “hands on” healing as well as distance healing. A Reiki Master forms a bridge through time and space to channel the energy of the universe for making you a Reiki channel as well, so that you can start using this energy for your own personal healing as well as for healing others.
Potentially beneficial for virtually any condition, from insomnia, tiredness and general aches and pains to chronic back pain to emotional trauma, Reiki can be safely combined with conventional medicine. Reiki is also popular simply for the deep relaxation it offers.

Bach Flower Remedies
The Bach Flower Remedies is a system of 38 flower essences that are safe and a natural method of healing. They gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole. The Bach Flower Essences allow peace and happiness to return to the sufferer so that the body is free to heal itself.
Developed by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician, flower essence therapy uses the essences of plants to promote healing in the body and mind. The essences are an ideal way of removing all negative emotional problems. They have been extensively used around the world since the 1930’s.
There are various ways of taking the remedies. I generally prepare a treatment bottle that lasts about 3 weeks.
